How referrals work
Share our contact information with a veteran, or send us their name and contact details with their permission.
We reach out within [2 business days] to understand their situation.
We help them take the first steps and let you know when a referral is complete, if they agree to that.
How we can help your residents, clients, or members
Benefits outreach. We can host an on-site or virtual information session for veterans and their families on getting started with VA healthcare and claims.
Starter guidance. We explain the process, help veterans gather the right documents, and point them to their next step, at no cost to them or to you.
Referrals. When a veteran needs something beyond our services, such as housing help, vocational rehabilitation, or specialized care, we connect them with trusted organizations and providers.
What to expect from us
Our services are free to veterans and families.
We respect veterans’ privacy. We share information only with their consent.
We are not the VA, and we don’t make eligibility decisions or promise outcomes.
